Table ordering calculator

This table ordering calculator estimates the extra monthly revenue QR ordering could bring, using only numbers you enter: your tables, busy sessions a week, average order value and your own guess at extra orders per table. It compares the result with the DrinksQR plan that fits your venue. It is an estimate, not a promise.

Your numbers

Tables with a QR code, 1 to 500.
Lunches, evenings or match days when tables queue, 1 to 21.
Average spend per order, in pounds.
Your own guess, 0 to 20. For example 0.5 means one extra order for every two tables.

Fill in all four numbers to see the estimate.

An estimate based only on the numbers you enter, not a forecast or a promise. It doesn't take off VAT on your own sales, and leaves out the branding add-on, the cost of goods and staff time.

How the estimate is worked out

The calculator multiplies four of your inputs and converts weeks to months:

  • Extra orders a month = tables × busy sessions a week × extra orders per table per session × 52 ÷ 12.
  • Extra revenue a month = extra orders a month × average order value.
  • Plan cost = Standard (£69) if your tables fit its 20-table limit, otherwise Large (£99).

It does not take off VAT on your own sales, and it leaves out the branding add-on, the cost of the drinks themselves or staff time, so treat the result as a starting point for your own sums.

Choosing a realistic "extra orders" figure

We don't publish a typical uplift because we don't have customer data to back one up. Think about your own busy sessions instead: how often does a table give up on a second round because the bar queue is long, or because nobody comes back to the table? Start low, for example a fraction of an order per table, and see how sensitive the result is.

Questions

Is the result a guarantee?

No. It is an estimate based entirely on the numbers you enter, including your own guess at extra orders. Real results depend on your venue, menu and customers.

Why is there no default for extra orders?

Because we have no published customer data to support a typical figure. The calculator only uses your own estimate.

Which plan does it compare against?

Standard at £69 a month for up to 20 tables, or Large at £99 a month above that. Prices come from our pricing page and exclude the optional branding add-on.
