How DrinksQR works.

Three people use DrinksQR: the customer at the table, the staff behind the bar and the owner who sets it up. Here's what each of them sees.

For customers

  • Scan the table code

The phone camera opens the menu for that exact table. No app, no sign-up, in English or Spanish.

  • Pick, tweak, send

Choose a size or a mixer, add a note, check the basket and send it to the bar. A name is optional.

  • Follow the order

The status page updates on its own: sent, making, ready. Staff bring the order and the card machine, so customers pay at the table by card, contactless or cash.

For bar staff

  • Hear it, see it

New orders chime and appear in the New lane with the table name large enough to read across the bar.

  • One tap per step

Tap Start when you begin, Ready when it's poured, Served when it reaches the table. Timers change colour if a ticket waits too long.

  • Everything on the ticket

Sizes, mixers, notes, the customer's name if they gave one, the total, and a flag when ID needs checking.

For owners

  • Add your menu

Categories, items, prices, sizes and mixers, ABV, allergens and diet tags, in English and Spanish.

  • Name your tables, print the cards

Table 7, Garden 2, The Snug: each gets a random code and a printable card.

  • Make it yours

Mark items sold out in one tap during service. Add branding if you want your own colours and logo.

Watch an order land on the bar.

Open the bar screen on one device, order from your phone on another. It takes about a minute.
